Nicole is a skilled orthopedic physical therapist who practices with a holistic approach to full body assessment and treatment using the Integrated Systems Model. She taught the Integrated Systems Model and abdominal wall studies with Diane Lee & Associates from 2012-2019. She has an extensive manual therapy background, in addition to sports conditioning and is a certified yoga teacher. She has a background in acute care, rehabilitation, fire fighter fitness testing and pain management settings. Nicole has, what she calls, “a healthy triathlon obsession and a keen sense of adventure.”
